Rest Herbal Tea Blend
Rest is my personal favorite of our herbal blends. This refreshing blend is delicious hot or cold. This calming caffeine-free blend is perfect before bed, but is delicious all day. The unique blue color of this tea makes it a fun iced tea to serve at gatherings... or make it into a lavender lemonade simply by adding some lemon juice and watching it change to a lovely lilac/pink color!
INGREDIENTS (*ORGANIC): CHAMOMILE*, LEMON BALM*, ROSE PETALS, LAVENDER*, OAT STRAW*, BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER, STEVIA LEAF*
Directions:
For hot tea, add 1-2 tsp of loose tea to a tea bag or strainer and steep for 1-3 minutes.
For iced tea, add 2 Tbsp to a large tea bag and steep in 1/2 gallon jar or pot of water. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate or drink over ice.
