Honeybees

Our honey bees are wonderful pollinators here at the farm.  Not only do they provide us with some of the most delicious honey we have ever tasted, they also help with great production in our fruit orchard! In the Spring when the pears, plums, apples, peaches and blueberries are in bloom, the orchard is all a-buzz with our bees!  We do sell our honey, but it sells out quickly!

We offer a wide variety of pollinator friendly plants around the farm for the bees.  They really enjoy the pear trees and blueberry bushes when in bloom.  We plant many wildflowers around the property, and of course there's the never ending supply of herbs and "weeds".
