Nurture Herbal Tea Blend

All the nurturing benefits for the ladies.  Roobios tea offers a caffeine free option.    The active component of Milk Thistle Seed - silymarin - helps support liver function and maintain healthy blood sugar levels.    Raspberry leaf helps with uterine support and menstrual cramps.  It’s also rich in nutrients like calcium, potassium, and magnesium, which aren’t typically found in the same levels in your everyday cup of tea.  Among the anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties of yellow dock root, it also is reported to help improve iron intake. 
 
 
* Because the most benefit is derived from the seed of Milk Thistle, we recommend steeping this tea a few minutes longer to get the most benefit.
 
INGREDIENTS: RASPBERRY LEAF, DANDELION ROOT, ROOBIOS TEA, ROSEHIPS, YELLOWDOCK ROOT, MILK THISTLE
 
Directions:    For hot tea, add 1-2 tsp of loose tea to a tea bag or strainer and steep for 1-3 minutes.  For iced tea, add 2 Tbsp to a large tea bag and steep in 1/2 gallon jar or pot of water.   Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate or drink over ice.
