See you at the Market!

Spring is here, and I'm thrilled that the markets are open again! Last year many of the markets were closed due to Covid. What a crazy year it was. Thankfully we are getting back to normal, the weather is warming up, sun is shining, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the local markets again!!

We are starting our market presence on May 1st at the Ole Patchwork Spring Gathering in Seneca, SC. Melissa at Patchwork Farm has this large market at her farm every Spring and Fall and it's always a great time. There are lots of artisans, food, bands, and of course, the animals! Happy Wife Farm will be representing the Fiber Tent, and I've invited my friends from Sheepjunkie and Smiling Ivy Farm to join me. We will have a great variety of fiber fun for you to choose from! Roving, yarn, weaving tools, Spinning tools, scarves, dish rags, you name it. We'll also be doing demonstrations of spinning and weaving. Come on out and see us!

Other Markets you'll find us at this year...

We also plan to be a vendor at the Evans Market this year. The market opens next weekend - April 17th; however, it will likely be mid-late May when we will be there. This market happens every Saturday and has a wonderful turn out. Columbia county does a fabulous job - there's the splash pad park for the kids to enjoy, lots of food, music, and even yoga! There are local artisans, farmers, producers, & vendors. The Market is be held at the Plaza in Evans Towne Center Park (7025 Towne Center Blvd. Evans, GA) on Saturday's from 9am-1pm.

We plan to have honey, produce, pickles and jams, louffas, and our usual selection of fiber products.

Do you enjoy going to the markets? What's your favorite thing to shop for when you go? Drop us a comment and let us know!
